Terms of Use

Agreement

By using Finance Fundamentals you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What this service is

Finance Fundamentals provides free, educational personal-finance calculators. It is not a financial adviser, broker, lender, or regulated financial service, and it is not registered with SEBI or any financial regulator. Nothing it produces is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Please read the Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

Accounts

An account is optional; the calculators work without one. If you create one, give accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for what happens under your account. You may delete your account at any time from My details. Accounts that are used abusively may be suspended or removed.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or other users' data; do not scrape it automatically at a scale that degrades it for others; do not submit unlawful or abusive content through the feedback form; and do not present the site's output as regulated financial advice to anyone else.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. There is no guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or that any calculation is accurate or suitable for your circumstances. Its results depend entirely on figures you supply and on assumptions set out in the Disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage — including financial loss, lost opportunity, or loss of data — arising from your use of the site or from any decision made in reliance on it. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

Availability and changes

The site is free, and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. Features may be added or removed.

Intellectual property

The name, design, text, and code of Finance Fundamentals belong to its operator. The figures you enter and the calculations you save remain yours.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the site develops. The date at the top reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site means accepting the version then in force.
